Pastor & Ministry Leaders
Hebrews 2:11 (NIV)
Both the one who makes people holy and those who are made holy are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers and sisters.
Tad Walton Pastor
Pastor Tad was born in Bellingham, Washington but lived in many different places around the Pacific Northwest as well as Long Island, New York. It is interesting that he ended up back in Bellingham for the last two months of his senior year of high school where he graduated.
Pastor Tad’s education included course work at Moody Bible Institute, Everett Community College, Biola University, and Talbot Theological Seminary, interrupted by four years in the Air Force. Military service took him to the Philippines and Warner Robbins, Georgia.
Pastor Tad has served in various part time and full time ministry positions over the years including youth pastorates, senior pastorate for thirteen years in Bellevue, Idaho, and seven years of missionary work in Haiti. Some of this ministry was bi-vocational as he worked for Coca-Cola in Los Angeles and 7-Up/RC in Redlands, California.
Pastor Tad looks forward to worshiping and serving with the Anderson and surrounding communities as he “equips the saints for the work of service.”

Through her leadership, she creates spaces where women are encouraged, equipped, and inspired to make a meaningful impact.
Women’s Ministry
Our Women’s Ministry is a place to Connect, Grow, and Serve together. We meet monthly on the third Saturday of each month, (beginning in May 2026 ) for Bible study, gather quarterly for fun and meaningful connection, and serve our community through bi-annual outreach projects. Our first project was a joy—providing Easter outfits for children at our local Teen Challenge in Happy Valley. Join us as we connect in community, grow as sisters in Christ and make a difference together serving around us.
Monica Corp Children’s Ministry Leader
Monica has a deep and abiding love for the Lord and His children. For over 40 years, she has been called to the training of children to become strong, devoted, and responsible adults, having a loving and committed relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Some of her past students have become police officers, nurses, firemen, and successful business people. She has worked in both ecclesiastical and secular environments, starting with Shasta County Schools and then beginning and working in her own day care business.
Children’s Ministry
Within the church, she has provided Christian education for young people for two generations. She has developed her own curriculum, planned, organized, and led in Vacation Bible School events, and planned and worked in camp opportunities. She has worked feverishly to develop resources including adult volunteers and financial resources to provide the very best environment to bring these children up to become successful, loving, and devoted Christian adults.
